The numbers, worked

With every feature ticked, a mild-winter house has 45 jobs a year here, because some jobs come back more than once (the filter four times). A typical house with a furnace, central AC, a tank water heater and gutters, and nothing else, has 22.

The busiest months are spring and October. Where winters are cold the fall jobs start in September; in the hot bands the cooling checks move into March.

Questions

Is this the same as the planner on the home page?

It is the full list, with every feature included. The planner drops what your house doesn't have and saves a calendar file; this page is for printing or ticking off.

How do I print it?

Use "Print this list". The climate switch and buttons are left off the printout.

Can I get monthly reminders?

Yes. The free planner on the home page saves a calendar file for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook; each job comes back on the first of its month, every year.

Which climate should I pick?

The band closest to yours: cold winters, mild winters, hot and humid, or hot and dry.
