With mild winters the pool gets 4 seasonal jobs: open in April, clean the filter in June and August, close in October.
Where winters are cold the season is shorter: open in May, one filter cleaning in July, close in September, so 3 jobs. In the hot bands this schedule keeps the pool open all year: it opens in March and the filter is cleaned in May, August and November, with no closing.
